Project description:
To audit the resource efficiency of the site including all operations and in cooperation with the technical staff and management of the UKPF prepare a proposal of the UKPF’s resource efficiency programme. To support the UKPF to establish a resource efficiency monitoring plan.
The project was done by CPC Serbia in consortium with Stenum doo and NCPC Ukraine and for IFC.
Project task:
– Conduct a detailed revision of RE with a focus on material and energy efficiency
– Perform measurements on site in case of absence of some data
– Analysis of current practices of water, materials and energy use
– Comparing company data with existing sectoral benchmarking data
– Identifying potential material savings, energy efficiency and water saving and reuse opportunities
– Analysis of technical and financial aspects of identified options
– Provide support in the selection of suppliers if required by the client and discussion of technical specifications of options
– Preparation of the Renewable Energy Sources Monitoring Plan
